Who can order from AUS PEP Research?
Our catalogue is intended for qualified research personnel, laboratories and research institutions sourcing investigational reference materials. Products are supplied for research use only.
Are these products for human use?
No. Every product is sold strictly for laboratory and investigational research. They are not medicines, therapeutic goods or medical devices and must not be used for human or veterinary consumption.
What does “TO BE ASSIGNED” mean?
Fields such as purity, lot, batch, expiry and storage are recorded for each production batch. Where a listing shows TO BE ASSIGNED, the value is confirmed at manufacture and supplied with the order.
How much is shipping?
Australia-wide Express shipping is a flat $14.95 AUD, and free on orders over $200 AUD. Dispatch is via Australia Post Express with tracking, within Australia only.
How are products packaged?
Items are supplied in sealed, labelled laboratory packaging showing the product name, strength and product code, with protective shipping materials.
Do you ship outside Australia?
No. The AUS PEP Research catalogue dispatches within Australia only.
